Haircut
Length and shape are set while the hair is wet, then refined after drying so the cut follows the head, the natural wave and the amount of hair. Women’s and men’s cuts include shampoo, blow-dry and massage. Fringe trims and children’s cuts do not.

Single-process colour
Tint without bleach or highlights. A root retouch matches previous colour without reworking the lengths. Colour on faded hair restores shine. Shampoo and a shiatsu-style head massage are included. Blow-dry is charged separately unless you also book a cut. Bleach is not included.

Bleach, sombre, ombre & balayage
These services lighten regrowth or the lengths for a clearer, brighter result. Sombre is the softer melt, ombre is more defined, and balayage sits closer to the natural colour. A consultation is required before booking, because the price depends on the hair you arrive with. Olaplex, shampoo and massage are included. Other discounts, apart from the student rate, do not apply. Extra processes are £60–£100 each.

Japanese straightening, Kerasilk & Silqy
Straightening changes curl and frizz into smoother hair with a consultation first. A cut and blow-dry are not included. Student rate applies; other offers do not. Kerasilk is a vegan, sulphate-free keratin smooth lasting about three to five months, and is not booked with Hayato. Silqy is an organic, formaldehyde-free smooth that does not need neutralising and can be used on coloured or bleached hair. Student rate does not apply to Silqy.
