Nails
Gel is chosen from Japanese makers for the way it wears and the way it comes off. Removal, cuticle work, shape and colour are paced so the natural nail is not filed down for the sake of a photograph. Sample designs make it easy to choose; airbrush work is there when you want a gradient a brush cannot make.
One shade, even and quiet. From £55.

Eyes
Lash work is done with Japanese adhesives, fibres and tools, including antibacterial extensions. The aim is retention without weight, and a shape that belongs with the hair you just had cut. Rei, the lash artist, is qualified in Japan and in the UK and is in the salon on Thursdays and Saturdays.
Bind Lock is the signature set: a flat lash and an ultra-fine lash sandwich each natural lash so the fan stays stable. It is the set guests ask for when previous extensions have dropped too soon.
